This transformative experience uses the healing power of sound vibrations to guide you into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation. As you lie comfortably, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension and inviting in a sense of introspection.. Breathe, move, and flow in nature. This open-level class is designed to connect you with your body, your breath, and the grounding energy of nature. Set within the beauty of NYC’s favorite park, each session blends mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness to reset your mind and restore your body.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be guided through accessible postures with options to deepen your practice. Expect a balance of strength, stretch, and serenity—all while surrounded by fresh air, natural light and the grounding energy of the earth beneath you.

Soak in the healing energy of the open sky. Come solo or bring a friend, roll out your mat on the grass, and let the park become your studio/sanctuary leaving you refreshed, expanded and more connected to your Self and the world around you.
